This most attractive trulli complex enjoys stunning views being located in the beautiful countryside of the Apulian hills (Murge), 7 kilometres from Cisternino, 4 from Martina Franca and 10 from Ostuni’s sandy beaches.
The house can host 6 people in three bedrooms plus two additional places on a bed settee; it features a large, bright living room with conservatory-style white windows, dining room, kitchen, one master bedroom with king-size bed and two double bedrooms. Of the two charming bathrooms, both decorated with fine greek ceramic tiles, only one is fitted with a shower, although guests seem to appreciate the hot shower located outside.
This elegantly furnished house, decorated with fine porcelain and china, is equipped with independent gas heating system, fireplace, washing machine and burglar alarm which is connected directly with local security firm. The kitchen has all the necessary cooking appliances and eight place settings.
The lovely garden is fitted with garden furniture and fountains.
The house is not available from mid July to the end of August when the owner is there. Because of the delicate nature of the interiors, we regret that lettings are not possibile for families with children under 12.
There is a wonderful little food shop that makes delicious bread at less than a kilometer away; it’s also open on Sundays.
For this property we request a caution of 500 Euros that will be returned at the end of the stay. Prices range from 800 to 1,200 Euros per week and include weekly cleaning and weekly sheet and towel replacement; additional housekeeping upon request. Because of the altitude and the nearby woods, there is no need for air conditioning.
