The surrounding grounds include 10 hectares, part of which is olive grove (biological). The immediate garden includes a swimming pool harmoniously inserted in the natural environment of almond, palm, olive and fruit trees. The large terraces allow for unforgettable evening meals while capturing the tranquil atmosphere of this ancient area. Its sometime possible to rent each apartment separately. An excellent Italian cook can be hired to provide meals at the house, or even do the shopping to order.
Layout: Ground floor - 4 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub, living-room with fireplace, kitchen and spacious terrace. Upper floor - 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub, living/dining room with fireplace and large kitchen. It is possible to reach the upper floor by an outside stone staircase.
SERVICES INCLUDED: electricity, water, gas for cooking use, weekly linen change, initial and final cleaning, garden and pool maintenance.
SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): extra linen (once a week, on Tuesday or Wednesday, 15,00 per person), extra cleaning ( 10,00/hour), heating (on consumption up to date market prices), firewood ( 15,00/100 kg), extra cleaning in the presence of pets ( 150,00 per pet per week).
