Villa Certosa is an elegant country property located in Ostuni, not far from Cisternino and the San Domenico golf course of Savelletri, near Fasano. The villa enjoys stunning views of the countryside. The house, furnished with great taste in airy colours has all comforts and is suitable for the most demanding guests. The total area of the villa is 370 sqm spread out over two levels. the ground floor is composed by a living-dining room with fireplace, a sitting room with billiard table. Next to the kitchen is a small cellar. The sleeping area is composed of a double bedroom with a bathroom with shower, another double bedroom, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Second level: a large living room with fireplace, large kitchen/dining room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the roof a panoramic terrace ideal for “al fresco” summer dinners. In the well manicured garden there is a one bedroom trullo that can be rented with the house or separately.
SWIMMING POOL: the pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. The salt water (no clorine) pool measures 10 x 8 m, It is situated on a stone paved terrace and is equipped with sun beds, a dining table, sitting area and BAR-B-Q.
SERVICES INCLUDED: electricity, water, gas for cooking use, weekly linen change, initial and final cleaning, garden and pool maintenance.
SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): extra linen (once a week, on Tuesday or Wednesday, € 15,00 per person), extra cleaning (€ 10,00/hour), heating (on consumption up to date market prices), firewood (€ 15,00/100 kg), extra cleaning in the presence of pets (€ 150,00 per pet per week).

Agenzia del Salento doesn't supply directly to the client the services mentioned before, nor do we receive any commissions for these services, since it's the owners who are responsible for the management of the services and for the collection of the fees regarding the performances that are being offered to the clients.
