Villa Leuca is a romantic estate in the “riviera” between Leuca, Castro and Otranto, characteristic Apulian medieval towns visited by tourists from all over the world for their beauty. The villa is in a splendid panoramic position overlooking the sea and is the ideal refuge for those who wish to spend their holidays in total relaxation away from the chaos of the city, discovering the benefits of a healthy country life. The main house, built entirely in stone, is situated in a large olive grove and park of about 5.000 square meters. The ground floor has terracotta tiled floors and the house is furnished elegantly with accessories creating a romantic but functional atmosphere. Basic shopping can be done in the nearby fishermen village of Leuca while the proximity of good roads gives easy access to the important historical centres of Puglia such as Lecce, Gallipoli, Tricase, Maglie, Taranto, Brindisi and Bari.
SWIMMING POOL: open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October, the irregular pool is 8 x 10 m with a maximum depth of 1,70 m and is fully equipped for 12 people. Ten steps lead down to the pool from the house.
INTERIORS: Externally, on the ground floor, there is an ample furnished patio which overlooks the sea, from which one accesses into a large living room sub-divided into conversation area, furnished with comfortable sofas, TV and fireplace, and dining area, with table for 10 people, a kitchen, pantry and laundry room. There is also a bathroom with shower on this floor. From the living room a staircase leads to the three bedrooms, two double and one twin, and two bathrooms. In the garden three independent small villas, each with its own bedroom, bathroom and small kitchen.
SERVICES INCLUDED: electricity, water, gas for cooking use, weekly linen change, initial and final cleaning, garden and pool maintenance.
SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): extra linen (once a week, on Tuesday or Wednesday, € 15,00 per person), extra cleaning (€ 10,00/hour), heating (on consumption up to date market prices), firewood (€ 15,00/100 kg), extra cleaning in the presence of pets (€ 150,00 per pet per week).

Agenzia del Salento doesn't supply directly to the client the services mentioned before, nor do we receive any commissions for these services, since it's the owners who are responsible for the management of the services and for the collection of the fees regarding the performances that are being offered to the clients.
