In this elegant townhouse the wide and bright rooms are arranged over three floors giving this property a very spacious feel. The ground floor features a large living/dining room with high vaulted ceilings, an open plan kitchen and a bathroom.
Walking upstairs we find a mezzanine overlooking the living room with a double bed settee. On the upper level there is the master bedroom and an alcove bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom.
From the gazebo on the roof-top terrace our guests can appreciate the magic atmosphere of Martina Franca, especially at sunset.
The house can comfortably host four people plus three additional places on the bed settees. It features autonomous heating, a washing machine, tv and stereo. The kitchen is equipped with 8 places settings.
Prices include use of sheets, towels and table cloths. The house is cleaned once a week; additional housekeeping upon request.
