Letting period and arrival
Saturday is both the day of arrival and the day of departure and the minimum rental period is one week (unless otherwise specified in the property description).
Generally houses with pools are available for a minimum booking period of two weeks in July and August. During other periods it is usually possible to arrange one-week holidays. Exceptions are possible only upon request.
Unless otherwise indicated in the description of the property, the arrival/departure must take place as follows:

arrival: between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.
departure: between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.

If it is not otherwise indicated in the property description, the pool is filtered, but not heated. If the swimming pool is heated, the heating cost is to be paid on the spot to the owner/keyholder.
Usually the swimming pool is available from 01/05 to 30/09

Telephone
Any pay costs due to telephone usage must be paid on the spot to the owner or his/her representative before departure.

Linen
Linen is included in the letting price and is provided with a weekly change (if not otherwise specified in the property description).
Towels for the pool and linen for baby-beds are never included.

Cost of gas, water, heating:
The costs of gas, water and heating are not included in the rental price; they must be paid directly to the owner or his/her representative before departure.

Deposit
Always requested. To be paid on the spot to the owner or his/her representative in EURO (cash).
